Hi! I’m mlsDon, and I run this website.

It is for people who live or want to live in houses. It may be your first house, or it may be your twenty-first.

I don’t assume you already know everything. I don’t talk over your head with “inside the business” terminology.  But I never talk down to you, either.  I have been licensed in real estate since 1984, and working non-commissioned with for-sale-by-owners since 2009.

I will flat save you a bunch of money. I will flat make your life easier. But there are three things I would like you to do.

     1.  Visit frequently.
